Integrated OutboundBook a call
Integrated Outbound

AI-driven cold outreach for B2B teams.

A calendar fullof people whowant the call.

We drive qualified meetings for B2B companies with a large addressable market. Our AI-driven system books them at a lower cost per meeting than paid ads, then reports what every one of them cost.

The problem

Your market is bigger than your pipeline.

You could sell to thousands of companies that fit, but you only ever reach the few who find you first. Paid ads buy attention at a cost per booked meeting that keeps climbing, and the intent behind a click stays shallow.

Outbound is the cheaper channel when it is run well and a money pit when it is not. Most teams have already tried it once, watched an agency burn a bought list in six weeks, and quietly written it off. The channel was never the problem. The way it was run was.

The model

We treat your inbox like a paid channel.

A media buyer never brags about impressions. They know what a conversion costs and spend the week pushing that number down. There are four places a cold campaign leaks, and our AI-driven system measures all four separately so we can tell you which one is costing you meetings.

Is the data real?

How much of the list is a live person at a company you actually want. Bought lists fail here first, and the bounces poison everything downstream.

Does it land?

Inbox or spam. You can write the best email of your life and it will not matter if it arrives in a folder nobody opens.

Do they answer?

Reply rate on delivered mail, split into interested and not. The negatives tell you fastest whether the targeting or the message is wrong.

Do they show?

Booked against held. A meeting that no-shows is not a meeting, and it should never appear in a report as though it were.

Find the weakest gate, fix it, then find the next one.

What we do

What we actually do for you.

Data

We start with the customers you already closed and let our AI build the list from what they have in common, rather than buying a database somebody else already burned through. Every address gets verified before a send, and we hold the list under a two percent bounce rate because anything above that quietly damages everything downstream.

Deliverability

Your cold volume goes out on domains we own, register and warm on a real schedule, and we check inbox placement every week rather than assuming it. Your primary domain stays out of it entirely, so the email your business actually runs on never carries the risk.

Conversion copy

Our AI drafts short emails built around one specific reason a founder would answer this month, we edit them for voice, and we run several angles at once so the market tells us which one works instead of us guessing. Losers get killed by week two, the same way you would manage ad creative.

Revenue reporting

Every week you get replies, positive replies, calls booked, calls held, and what each of those calls cost to produce. That last number is how we manage the account, and it is the one most agencies have never bothered to calculate.

Week two

Three angles go out. One of them wins.

We do not write a sequence and defend it for a quarter. Several angles run at once against segmented lists, the market tells us which one earns replies, and the rest get killed before they waste a month of sending.

The weekly report

You see every number, including the ones going the wrong way.

This is the report a client gets. Not opens, not impressions, and no metric that exists to look busy. Every line is a conversion rate you can argue with.

The engagement

How the first ninety days run.

  1. Audit and offer

We look at who you have already sold, what those buyers had in common, and whether you are putting something in front of people worth answering. More often than you would think, the offer is the problem before the list is.

    Week 1
  2. Build

Domains, mailboxes, authentication, warm-up and the first target list. Warm-up is the one part of this business with no shortcut, so we do not pretend otherwise.

    Weeks 1 to 3
  3. Test

We launch small across a few segments and a few angles, because the goal in month one is not volume but finding the combination that books calls.

    Week 3 onward
  4. Scale

When something works we spend into it, volume goes up, cost per call comes down, and you start planning around a pipeline you can actually forecast.

Fit

Where this lands most often.

B2B founders

You are closing most of the deals yourself and you know your own calendar is the ceiling. Hiring an SDR, a copywriter and a deliverability consultant to fix that is a six-month detour.

Insurance and financial services

You are going after employers, brokers or advisors, and most outbound vendors either do not know the compliance constraints or pretend they do not exist.

B2B SaaS and services

Inbound flattened out and outbound has been somebody's side task for about a year.

Straight answer

Things we will not do for you.

This costs us a few leads and saves you every bad-fit call, which is a trade we are happy to make.

  • Buy databases and blast them
  • Send from your primary domain
  • Report opens as a result
  • Take an account with no idea who its best customers are
  • Run LinkedIn automation, ads or SEO
  • Promise a meeting count before we have tested anything

Questions

What founders ask on the first call.

How fast will I see meetings?

Warm-up takes about three weeks and cannot be compressed safely, so the honest answer is that you will see the first replies in week four. We commit to a specific date during the audit rather than guessing here.

What is a good reply rate?

It depends entirely on your market and how narrow the list is, and anyone quoting you a number before seeing your ICP is selling. We set a target during the audit and report against it every week.

Will this hurt our company email?

No. Cold sending runs on separate domains that we register, warm and monitor, so your primary domain never touches a campaign.

Who writes the emails?

Our AI drafts them around a specific angle, we edit for voice, and you approve everything before a single one goes out.

What do I have to do?

Approve the list, approve the emails and take the calls. Everything in between is ours.

What if it does not work?

We find out which of the four gates is leaking and fix that one. If the offer is the problem rather than the outbound, we will say so, and that conversation is usually cheaper than another quarter of sending.

Ready to fill the calendar?

Twenty minutes, no pitch deck, and a straight answer about whether outbound is your constraint.
